A PG Orientation Program was organized today in MMIHS. Prof. Dr. Sarad Onta, Former Asst. Dean of IOM, TU and Expert of Public Health as a Chief Guest Orientated the newly admitted students in a more practical and realistic way. He spoke about the teaching learning trends and thanked the students for their right choice to study PG in MMIHS.
Rajendra Prasad Pandey, Chair of the college stated his own experiences and gave a few tips to be a good teacher and student.
Jiwan Prakash Sharma, Vice Chair welcomed all the new students and wished for having nice days ahead in the college to meet their expectation. A video message from Dr.Faith Boucher, Visiting Professor , University of California was delivered in the Program.
Representative of Central department of Public Health Susanman Shrestha spoke about the relation between MMIHS and Central Department.
Prof. Dr. Sujan Babu Marahatta, Asst. Campus Chief Presented a few slides about the college & the history of Public Health and developing trends in education. A documentary of the college was shown in the program.
Ms. Neha Dev, representative of the students expressed a few words about the reasons to choose MMIHS. The program was chaired by Prof. Bishnu Bhattarai, Campus Chief and conducted by Durga Mishra, HoD of Public Health.
