MMIHS conducted a three day capacity Building training for the staff from 27 to 29 Aswin 2082.
The training aimed to develop the working efficiency of the staff on the session stress management, self management, communication and positive attitude. The sessions were taken by senior resource person Uttam Acharya and Devi Dutta Bhatt. The Program was inaugurated by the chairperson Dr Banshidhar Mishra by watering the flower. He suggested all the staff to fulfill their given responsibility in his inaugural remarks. Vice chair & Head of IQAC Associate Professor Jiwan Prakash Sharma welcomed all the participants and highlighted need of the training. Vice chair Er. Gambhir Shrestha hoped the training will help the staff to improve their skills. certificates were distributed to the participants by the Vice chair person Jiwan Prakash Sharma, Er. Gambhir Lal Shrestha , Dr. Dharma Prasad Khanal , Prof. Durga Khadka Mishra & Uttam Acharya. The training remained much more fruitful & effective to enhance the performance of the trainees.
